Christine Rosz is the daughter of SFPTI Tennis Director and YETP Program Instructor Andrew Rosz and sets the standard by which all other young tennis players are judged; worldwide.

In a long drawn-out battle between two prominent names in tennis, Andrew Rosz defeated 6-Time defending champion T.J. Last Summer, Europe's #1 top-ranked ten year-old Ela made the from across the world to train with Christine in SFPTI's
Youth Excellence Tennis Program.

Both players worked on their hard strokes under the watchful eye of SFPTI Tennis Director and Coach Andrew Rosz.

As the youngest player ever to compete in the WestWind Adult Men's Tennis League, Steven Rosz, a product of SFPTI's Youth Excellence Tennis Program, has enjoyed more than 20 impressive wins against some of South Florida's top adult league players.

Recently featured in South Florida's Portrait of Achievement Magazine for excellence with both tennis and academics, Steven and Luzaan lead the field in the Youth Excellence Tennis Program and set the standard for South Florida junior tennis.

Already one of Istanbul's top junior players, this past Summer, Ela trained daily under Coach Andrew's exclusive direction where she was introduced to the major core elements of world-class tennis strokes.

"Great job Ela and don't forget to practice all that you've learned!"

Despite a ten year age difference between them, "Christine and Irene train very well together" remarks Christine's dad; SFPTI Tennis Director and Program Instructor Andrew Rosz.

While Irene is a relative newcomer, Christine is a five-year veteran in the YETP with skills that enable her to keep up with even the most advanced adult players.

"You're doing great Luzaan!  Keep blasting those groundstrokes like the true champion that you are!"

Pictured with their mom and dad, Courtney (age four) and Brianna (age three) are off to a great start in learning to play great tennis in the Youth Excellence Tennis Program!  

As young as they are, these two little tennis superstars are already learning to hit proper forehands and backhands and enjoy the company of both their mom and dad at every lesson.  Way to go girls!  And thanks mom and dad for your support!

Remarkable but true... After only 14 months in the YETP, ten year-old Luzaan has already developed the strength and skill to hit with both power and control using professional (adult-size) equipment.

Luzaan loves her new rackets and plans to annihilate the competition.  So look out girls!  If you are going to win events, you're going to have to get past Luzaan first!

While Luzaan is still working on developing a strong serve, Steven's first serve already tops 90 mph.  Note the similarity in their form...

Learning to capitalize on the service advantage is yet another important principle introduced to young players during their first year in the Youth Excellence Tennis Program.

...And here she is demonstrating a perfect backhand groundstroke followthrough finish.  Note the "elbow-up" on the hitting arm.

Cecelia is a veteran of the YETP and hits the ball exceptionally well off both sides.  She has also developed a dependable serve and has the skill to keep up with most adult players.

"Symmetry Training" is an integral part of first-year development in the Youth Excellence Tennis Program where students learn to develop a world-class two-handed backhand by first learning to hit proper forehands with their non-dominant arm.

Ask ten year-old Luzaan if she likes to hit forehands left-handed, and she'll probably say... "It's all the same to me... I can hit the ball either way!" 

It's All Christine!

Featured in our SFPTI Tennis Video and Christine's Own Tennis Video, here's Christine Rosz, Coach Andrew's nine year-old daughter.

Christine began playing tennis at age three and now at age nine, Christine's tennis game has it all!  Forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves!  Christine also routinely trains with both older and younger players in the Youth Excellence Tennis Program ...and here she is pictured at eight years-old showing us some of her "picture-perfect" tennis form.

Christine put on a great show and amazed the crowd with her picture-perfect YETP form and crisp overheads into the corners.  Way to go Christine!

And as tradition would have it, thirteen year-old Steven is yet again proudly holding the prize money. C'mon Steven!  It's time you started earning your own prize money!

Pictured with twelve year-old son Steven and tournament director Don Lawrie, this is Andrew's most impressive 2006 victory and from the looks of things, Andrew was quick to collect the trophy while Steven was quick to collect the prize money!

Always seemingly quick to collect the prize money, Steven trains under Andrew's exclusive direction in the in the Youth Excellence Tennis Program and serves as Andrew's teaching assistant at every lesson.  Keep on practicing Steven!  You're going to have to earn your own prize money before too long!
